At Kuvar Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates, gift boxes, and promotional materials to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
